I’m thankful for some of the most amazing places on earth being in our back yard and giving us such great places to dream. Brainstorming and vision most certainly gain traction and energy in the right environments.

A Week in Annapolis

This was a wonderful week spent with Revolution Annapolis and a great opportunity to see the hearts of a team wrapped around a common vision and constantly working toward what’s next and what’s best for the community. In many ways, it’s just what I always believed the church was supposed to be doing… and here they are doing it in real life. I was so pleased to see their leadership in all areas of their community. I’m very thankful for the time I had this week and look forward to my next visit to Maryland and time with this great team. Well done Revolution Annapolis!

Starting Points

Everything has to start somewhere… so here we go. Several years ago we hosted a blog for several years around strategy ideas, means to facilitate innovation, and other organizational development discussions. We are relaunching a new blog to discuss all our new learnings in strategy, innovation, and much more. We’re excited to take this journey with you and look forward to the discussions.
